How much does shipping cost?

Your order will be shipped express via Australia Post at a flat rate of $12.95 for the first item and an additional $4 for every item thereafter.

How long will shipping take?

Once payment is received, expect a 2-7 day period for processing and delivery. Please ensure your contact information and shipping address is accurate and up to date.

Pre-orders will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after the pre-order end date.

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do. Please contact us for postage rates before placing your order. Delivery times for International orders can vary depending on customs and can not be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.

Returns

Can I get a refund if I’m not happy with my purchase?

Kill The Music will only accept returns within 10 days of receipt if the item arrives faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item is delivered.

If a defect is apparent with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible describing the nature of the defect and any additional relevant information regarding the purchase, including your purchase date and order number. Once the product has been assessed we will inform you of our decision and the action we will take.
